Health Sciences Facility Dedicated

September 20, 2013

On Sept. 20, Clover Park Technical College dedicated its Health Sciences Facility, the most recent addition to its Lakewood campus. The 55,000 square-foot building will house eleven of CPTC's medical programs, serving approximately 1,000 students each year.

The Health Sciences Facility was built to according to Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design Standards. Features include a rooftop garden with medicinal plants, staircases and structures built from recycled materials, and solar panels covering approximately a third of the roof.
