Navigating Your Triggers

In a brown-bag lunch session on March 4, the Diversity Committee at Clover Park Technical College discussed managing difficult conversations and triggers that cause people to react to things.

The session was a continuation of Dr. Kathy O’Bear’s speech at Pacific Lutheran University’s Diversity Institute on Feb. 4. Her presentation helped attendees understand how to navigate triggering events.
