Goodwill Donation Drive Set to Raise Money for CPTC Students

While summer cleaning can be a tedious task, this time the decluttering process can help support Clover Park Technical College students achieve their educational goals.

The CPTC Foundation is partnering with Goodwill to accept reusable donations of clothing and accessories; shoes; household linens; toys, games, puzzles, and plush; and books, movies, and music. The college will have two Goodwill donation bins located at the Lakewood Campus in the north parking lot next to Building 23 on Aug. 2. Filling the bins will raise money for the CPTC Foundation to provide emergency assistance, scholarships, and vital support to CPTC and its students.

The bins will be on campus from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Aug. 2. If, however, you have items you’d like to donate prior to that date, you can schedule a time to drop off your items between now and Aug. 2. Contact Janet Holm at janet.holm@cptc.edu to set up a drop off time or for more information.
