A key piece of Clover Park Technical College’s transition to the Guided Pathways education approach involves redesigning math instruction to better support student success. That effort received a significant boost this week when College Spark awarded the college a supplemental grant worth nearly $150,000 over three years to support the math redesign process.

Clover Park Technical College will host its Spring Program Expo on Wednesday, April 10, as it invites anyone interested in learning more about its program offerings to the McGavick Conference Center on its Lakewood Campus.

In an effort to offer students an easier way to pay for college, Clover Park Technical College has introduced a new Tuition Installment Plan that allows students to split their tuition into three payments.

Clover Park Technical College will welcome anyone interested in learning about its 44 programs to its Lakewood Campus Wednesday, Oct. 10, from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., for its Fall Program Expo.

In preparation for fall quarter and the start of a new academic year, Clover Park Technical College’s Workforce Development office is offering a new “Computer Crash Course” to assist students in need of some basic computer training.

While summer cleaning can be a tedious task, this time the decluttering process can help support Clover Park Technical College students achieve their educational goals.

Clover Park Technical College will welcome dedicated runners, casual walkers, and those simply willing to get off the couch for a good cause to its Lakewood Campus for the Andy Fritz Memorial Trek for Tech 5k walk/run on Saturday, July 28.

As part of its efforts to simplify the enrollment process, Clover Park Technical College established a new Welcome Center to provide one-on-one support to prospective students. The college will host a Grand Opening Ceremony on July 2.

To cap the college’s 75th Anniversary Year, Clover Park Technical College will celebrate more than 400 graduating students from its two campuses and 44 programs during its 22nd Annual Commencement Ceremony on Tuesday, June 19.
